Penny Serenade // joy & doug

When I think back on the magical evening I spent with Joy and Doug in New York City, I think of music. As soon as a kiss sealed their ceremony, a band started up and the entire party charged down the red carpeted staircase and into the streets, waving hankies, dancing, hugging, cheering, singing and skipping through the crisp air. It was hands down the best feeling in the world, not to mention an incredible way to experience and celebrate the momentum of their adventure together. Music!

Thank you, Forget Me Knot Weddings, for the lovely feature-- check it out for more details and photos...

This is one of the few weddings I've missed joining you in, and these photos make me wish I'd been there so badly! What a heartfelt, classy, beautiful night you captured.

Wow! This wedding and the photos are incredible! I love the one of them all pouring out of the building and into the street. It looks like the world stopped for their wedding.
