Tour d'Office
{ what I see all day }
I always wonder what other artists' home workspaces look like and after some recent badgering from friends and family who haven't seen mine, I'm posting a handful of glimpses. All are taken from where I sit at my desk and most are of trinkets from my childhood, feel-good gifts from friends, or books. So now you know what I see most of the day, other than my computer screen. Not a crazy showroom or anything but it suits me just fine for now.. while I daydream about building the barn/workshop/studio of my dreams. I'll begin with the supercool cross-stitched logo Hannah made for me and end with my favorite office feature... which I think you'll appreciate as much as I do.

A measly one work-day a week with you in there just doesn't seem to cut it, now that I see those photos. You work in heaven, Tots! Hootie!
Love your work space! I also have North by Northwest! Great movie. :) And I love seeing my picture there also on your wall. And I love you!
I love your work space! It makes me want to do some serious improvements to my apartment!
can't decide what I love best... the puppies, or the chair they're sitting on!
Tell me about it. Both are cute, patterned and kinda smelly. The chair is a funny story, actually. I was in bed reading one night around 11 and hannah called me and calmly said, "I'm on a walk and I just found the chair of your dreams. It doesn't have legs but that hardly matters. I'll stand here and guard it until you arrive." And promptly hung up. I've never been happier for hauling myself out of bed.
'Tis by their laden bookshelves and caves of creativity that ye shall know them! A unique portrait of an amazing woman. ^^^^^^^^ Sorry, but I really want to eat your dogs.

Her office is amazing! I've been there :) Kelty - you should post a photo of your bathroom. I could even get inspired in there!
Incredibly colorful and cozy-looking-- just like your work. I guess that would make sense...
What a fun post and workspace. Cheers!
