Multiple Exposures // mr. callahan

Shooting double exposures with 35mm film this year has been really fun, as it's impossible to predict how the moments will align to make something completely new. How lovely are these photos by Harry Callahan? Snapped in Chicago in the early 50s, he'd sometimes match bodies (typically his wife, Eleanor) with random buildings and nature.

Wow! Architectonic yet strangely intimate. The one of her back seems to be a tip of the hat to Man Ray.
